How long does shipping take?

Shipping to mainland Spain takes 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs €5.99. Orders over €49 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship outside of mainland Spain?

Currently, we only ship to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in perfect, unused condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a defect or there was an error in the shipment.

Available measurements and sizes are specified for each product. If you need a custom measurement, please contact us and we will review your request.
